Wood Janssen Incorporated is committed to client satisfaction — and the highest quality of design, craftsmanship, and materials.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, then we want to hear about it: keep all original packaging and contact us immediately. Any return must be prepaid and prearranged with Wood Janssen within the first 3 days after delivery. All items are shipped with insurance. If an order is damaged during shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to immediately report damage to Wood Janssen Incorporated and the shipper. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and excluded from refund.

Due to the extremely fragile nature of finishes and hand-crafted works, any returned item must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging. No damaged items are accepted for refund unless damage was a result of shipping. Damage includes fingerprints, scratches, breaks, and any other distinguishing mark or condition diminishing the artwork value.

Copyrighted and Other Intellectual Property
Creating artwork, concepts, and other original property is the primary business of Wood Janssen Incorporated. Violating copyright, trade secrets, and other forms of Intellectual Property is expressly protected by United States law and international law.

Use Rights
Items sold at the Wood Janssen Store are granted use rights for private non-commercial use only. Any commercial (including resale), government, or public usage of WJI works expressly requires prior written authorization. Wood Janssen reserves the right to display the digital catalog image online of any artwork sold. Wood Janssen reserves the right to release a Limited Edition or derivative work from any Original or other artwork appearing in this Store — artwork of architectural projects and private commissions remains private and derivative artwork is only made available to others with prior agreement and express written authorization of the original client.

Pricing and Availability
Pricing and availability is subject to change without advance notice. Limited Edition purchases are processed sequentially. The first release in a Limited Edition receives number "1", the next receives "2", and the subsequent artwork receives the next lowest number. If clients desired a specific number, such as "40", then that number may be requested in the order form Comments field. If a requested number is unavailable, and no alternate numbers were requested, then the lowest number available will be shipped.

Security Policy
The Wood Janssen Store uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer Encryption (SSL) to guarantee information security during online transaction. Secure Web pages display "https:" at the far left of the Wood Janssen URL. At each Store page bottom, is a "SECURE" label that links to Network Solutions SSL validation in real time. SSL encryption protects the information you submit from being viewed by unauthorized parties while the information travels through the Internet.

The information you provide on this Wood Jansen Web site will be used only for its intended purpose. Submitting information is strictly voluntary. By doing so, you are giving Wood Jansen your permission to use the information for the intended purpose. If you do not want to give Wood Jansen permission to use your information, simply do not provide it. However, not providing certain information may result in Wood Jansen's inability to provide you with the information or services you desire. Several types of information we collected include: automatically Collected Information, Information Collected for the store cart (Cookies) , and Personal Information.

Personal Information
If you choose to provide us with personal information, through such methods as completing a form or sending us an email, we will use that information to respond to your message and to help us get you the information or services requested. Remember that email isn't necessarily secure. You should never send sensitive or personal information such as your credit card information in an unencrypted email or in a Web site form such as the form on our contact page, which ultimately is delivered via email. Secure methods include the WJI store's encrypted Checkout, FedEx, or the Postal Service. Some of our Web sites ask visitors who request specific information to fill out a registration form. Information Collected and Cookies
We collect and temporarily store certain technical information about your visit for use in site management and security purposes.
